  • Order Placement to Processing: You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing stage. Orders typically enter processing within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Processing Stage: Once your order has entered the processing stage, cancellation requests may not be honored as the items are being prepared for shipment.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Confirmation: Our customer service team will confirm the status of your order and notify you if the cancellation request can be processed.
  3. Refund Process: If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Conditions and Fees

  • Free Cancellations: Orders canceled before entering the processing stage are eligible for a full refund without any fees.
  • Late Cancellations: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may need to follow our return policy to return the item once received.
  • Restocking Fee: For large or bulk orders, a restocking fee of 15% may apply if the order is canceled after processing has begun. This fee covers the cost of handling and preparing the items for shipment.

Subscription Services

  • Automatic Renewals: If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Billing Cycle: Cancellation requests for subscriptions must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the billing cycle, you may still be charged, but the subscription will not renew thereafter.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled after they have been processed due to their bespoke nature.
  • Perishable Goods: Orders for perishable goods cannot be canceled once processing has begun to ensure product quality and safety.

Failure to Deliver

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund or choose a replacement product of equal value.
